“Who is the author of Aerumnous.com and what does it mean?”

Hi, I’m a Software Engineer by day and a eternal geek. Being a Geek, often means that I like to fiddle with technologies (hardware and software). Often the more complicated the tech, the more fun I find it. Therefore I find the definition of ‘Aerumnous’ – ‘full of trouble’ to be very appropriate word for my personal web site!

“Whats going to be on this site then?”

I think this site will break down into two categories:

- Geeky related (Linux, Programming, Gadgets)

- Food related (Vegetarian/Vegan)

I am interested in all things geeky, whether it be hacking in Python, C or C++ , messing around with Linux distros (I have tried many, but ArchLinux and Ubuntu are currently my favourites) or just buying the latest Gadgets. So expect to see my ramblings on this subject.

I am also a fan of eating (aren’t we all?) I especially love going to Vegetarian restuarents and also enjoying a good Bottle of ale.

So, I really look forward to posting reviews and rambles of the restaurants that I visit on my Weekend travels.

Glad you asked, well I hope I am not just another Software Engineer sheep ;-(

But, hey, I am writing this site for another reason: To stop my partner from plonking me over the head after I have bored her from Geek talk
